Product

Premium is a digital browser mode with longer frequency sequences, device presets, pauses, safety prompts and a sound check. There is no phone call and no app installation.

Price and payment

The price is a one-time €2.99 payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored in this app.

Service limits

The mode may help with water near the speaker grille. It does not guarantee repair, full water removal, or a fix for hardware or liquid damage.

Safety

Do not use with headphones. Stop on distortion, heat, pain, abnormal device behavior, or if the speaker remains silent.

Withdrawal and refunds

Because this is an instantly usable digital service, checkout asks for explicit consent to immediate access before payment. After confirmed payment and immediate access, withdrawal rights may expire. Goodwill and refund requests are reviewed case by case.
