This notice explains which data is processed when you visit onlinespeakercleaner.com and use the browser tool.

Online Speaker Cleaner is a browser-based tool. There is no user account, no sign-in and no phone number.

1. Who is responsible

2. What data we process

Server and access data: when you open the website, our hosting provider processes technical details such as IP address, browser and operating system, referrer, requested page and time. This is used to deliver, stabilise and secure the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in safe operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Using the tool: the frequency sequences are generated locally in your browser. Audio, microphone input and ambient sound are never transmitted to us or stored.

Measurement with consent only: we measure page views and tool events (for example start, stop, result and Premium click) with Google Analytics 4 and our own first-party endpoint on Cloudflare. Both start only after you accept in the cookie notice. Without consent, analytics data stays disabled through Google Consent Mode.

Payment: Premium costs €2.99 once and is processed by Stripe. You enter card details directly with Stripe; we never receive them. We receive payment information such as amount, currency, status and the email address you use during checkout. The legal basis is performance of the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Local storage in your browser: we store your language choice, your cookie decision, the Premium unlock token and an open payment reference locally in your browser. These values stay there and are not transmitted to us.

3. Cookies and your choice

The cookie notice appears on your first visit. Analytics only runs with your consent. You can change your decision at any time by clearing the stored website data in your browser; the notice will then appear again.

We do not use advertising cookies and do not build profiles for personalised advertising. The matching Google signals stay disabled.

4. Recipients and transfers to other countries

We share data only where it is required for operation, measurement and payment: Cloudflare (hosting, delivery and our own reporting), Stripe (payment processing) and Google (analytics, only with your consent).

These providers also process data in the United States. Transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep data

We keep server logs only briefly for operation and security. Analytics and payment data are kept as long as needed for reporting, accounting and statutory retention duties. Local browser data stays until you delete it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

7. Changes to this notice

We update this notice when technology or the legal situation changes. The version published on this page applies.
